High EC Cocopeat Block

SABOOT™ High EC Cocopeat Block is produced from carefully selected Indonesian coconut husks and supplied in its natural, unwashed state. As a high EC cocopeat supplier in Indonesia, Arunika Natura keeps its original mineral content intact, giving commercial growers, growing media manufacturers, and distributors the flexibility to customize washing, buffering, and nutrient management for their own cultivation requirements.

When hydrated, it expands into a loose growing medium that promotes drainage, root-zone aeration, and structural stability across a wide range of horticultural settings.

High EC Cocopeat Supplier: Support, Customization & Supply

  • Specification alignment. Tell us your target EC range and moisture content, and we adjust our processing parameters to match.
  • OEM and private label. Packaging, logo printing, and specifications can be aligned with your own brand, whether you distribute the blocks as they are or use them in your own growing media.
  • Sorted at the source. Coconut husks are sorted before they enter our production line, so every batch starts from qualified raw material.
  • Continuous supply. We source from multiple farming collectives across Indonesia, which keeps supply steady through the year and limits exposure to regional weather.
  • Support after arrival. Questions about handling, hydration, or how the material performs in your process are welcome once your shipment is delivered.

Share your target EC, intended use, and estimated volume when you request a quote, and our team will recommend the right specification.

How to Use SABOOT High EC Cocopeat Blocks

  1. Set the block in a clean, spacious container so it has room to expand fully.
  2. Add clean water gradually until the block is fully hydrated.
  3. Loosen the expanded cocopeat by hand or with a simple tool until it is even and crumbly.
  4. Wash and buffer the material according to your crop’s requirements, flushing with clean water if you need to bring the salt level down.
  5. Test the EC and pH of the runoff, adjust as needed, then fill pots, trays, or hydroponic systems, or blend it with other substrates before planting.

High EC Cocopeat FAQ

What does High EC mean?

EC (Electrical Conductivity) reflects the soluble salt level in cocopeat. High EC cocopeat is supplied in its natural, unwashed state, so it keeps more of the husk’s original mineral content than washed material.

How is High EC different from Low EC cocopeat?

High EC is the unwashed option, suited to buyers who prefer to control washing and buffering in their own process. If you need a washed, low-salt medium that is ready for sensitive crops and seedlings, see our Low EC Cocopeat Block page.

Does High EC cocopeat need to be washed before use?

That depends on your crop and cultivation method. Test the runoff EC before planting to see whether washing or buffering is needed, and our team can advise on a suitable approach for your application.
